2002 Chevrolet Camaro SS 35th Anniversary SLP Edition, Canadian Car with Just Under 2,500 Miles
This is about as close to a brand-new 35th Anniversary SS as you will ever find. It is one of fewer than 250 delivered to the Canadian market, sold new in June 2002 by Lakewood Chevrolet Oldsmobile in Edmonton, Alberta, and later kept in a North Carolina collection. The odometer shows 4,022 km, just under 2,500 miles.
Rally Red with the silver 35th Anniversary stripes and checkered flag fade on the hood and trunk. The paint is like new, the sail panels are perfect with no bubbling, and it has removable glass T-tops with the interior shades. Factory wheels are on the car; the only change is a set of BFGoodrich g-Force Comp-2 tires.
Power comes from the 5.7L V8 rated at 325 HP, backed by a 6-speed manual transmission. The engine bay is spotless and even the original hood and trunk struts still hold strong.
Inside is the two-tone black and silver leather with embroidered 35th Anniversary SS headrests, power driver's seat, air conditioning, steering wheel audio controls, cruise control, and the factory 12-disc CD changer in the trunk. The factory protective film is still on the radio display and the anti-theft hang tag is still on the glove box.
It comes with a stack of documentation: original Canadian window stickers (English and bilingual), the original GM service contract registration, the SLP Accessories envelope with the 35th Portfolio, parts catalogue and price list, the owner's manual and selling dealer's manual, original Camaro brochures, the 35th Anniversary Owner's Portfolio with its unused SS pens, note pad and keychain, a sealed GM polishing cloth, the front plate bracket still sealed in plastic, the CD changer cartridge, and two sets of original keys.
